LINDEMANN’s new shear brings versatility to scrap operations

LINDEMANN's NxtCut WING is an enhanced new presswing shear designed to deliver flexibility, high throughput, and intelligent performance for today's demanding scrap operations.

With a strong welded frame, selectable cutting force of 800 or 1,000 tons, and available bed length of 6.2 or 8 metres, the NxtCut WING is engineered for performance under pressure, ideally suited for small- to mid-sized facilities with changing material flows.

The NxtCut WING also features automatic cutting modes for different scrap types, real-time system monitoring through integrated linear and laser sensors, and a wireless remote control with display for intuitive, safe operation.

LINDEMANN's digital ecosystem myLindemann gives users full transparency on machine performance, health status, and production data — enabling data-driven maintenance and reducing costly downtime.
